We have an active community development programme, helping residents back into training and work. Our Social Impact Digital Inclusion in 2014/15, over 5,820 of our residents took part in community projects such as Doorstep Learning, Get On Plus, DIY SOS, Jobs at Home and Motiv8. We now have 80 Digital Champions (staff and volunteers) who coach people in their communities to develop computer skills. These skills help people find work, write CVs, stay in touch with family and friends and build their confidence.
