Tackling ASB
Preventing and tackling ASB is a priority
for us. We successfully resolve most ASB
cases without having to take legal action.
We work in partnership with the police,
local councils and other agencies. Our aim
is to help residents feel safe in their homes
and neighbourhoods.
in 2014-15 our customer satisfaction with
ASB was 96.5%.
