Overall surplus, reserve and restricted revenue balances have increased by $3,622,697 from 2014 to 2015, with
surplus, reserves and restricted revenues increasing by $656,109, $842,192 and $2,124,396, respectively. The
majority of the increase in restricted revenues was related to development cost charges (DCCs), which is reflective
of the District of Lake Country’s record growth in 2015.
