Maurice Pratt
Chairman
Former Chief Executive Officer of Tesco Ireland Limited and
C&C plc, Maurice is currently Chairman of Barretstown, European
Movement Ireland, B&B Ireland and Nursing Homes Ireland. He
is a former president of IBEC, as well as being a non-executive
director of Boyne Valley Group and Independent Express Cargo.
Maurice was appointed Chairman of the Uniphar Board in 2009,
having joined the Board as a non-executive director in 2003.

Uniphar Group in 2010. Previous to this, Tim had held various
senior financial positions with Shell. He is an EY trained Chartered

Appointed to the Uniphar plc Board in 2009, John had previously
sat on the boards of a number of Uniphar main trading entities
during the period 1994 to 2001. John is a retired community
pharmacist based in Wicklow.
Matt Murphy
Appointed to the Board in 2009, Matt is a community pharmacist
based in Macroom, County Cork. Matt is director of pharmacies
within a family-owned group and spent 10 years on the board of
Cork Marts, including five years as chairman from 2002 to 2007.
Padraic Staunton
Ger Rabbette
Chief Executive Officer
An industry veteran, Ger joined Uniphar from Celesio, where
he was Managing Director of Movianto and Head of Celesio
Manufacturing Solutions. He is a Chartered Accountant by
training and has held a range of senior positions in supply
chain with Cahill May Roberts and the wider Celesio Group.
He was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2010.
Padraic Dempsey

Manufacturer Services
Padraic is Managing Director of the Manufacturer Services
Division. He has significant senior management experience in the
healthcare sector. A business and legal graduate, Padraic joined
Uniphar from UDG Healthcare plc in 2014. Padraic was appointed
to the Board on 29 March 2017.
Marie McConn
Marie is a community pharmacist based in Limerick and a former
President of the Irish Pharmacy Union. She was appointed to the
Board in 2009.
Criofan Shannon
Criofan is a community pharmacist based in Rathfarnham,
County Dublin. He was appointed to the Board in 2009.
