Table 19 reveals that there is an increase in the number of New Divorce cases filed for
the Law Term 2012-2013, and the largest total over the six (6) law terms represented
in the table above.
Table 20 indicated that there were three hundred and thirty-three (333) Matrimonial cases listed for hearing for the Law Term 2012-2013. This figure represents
the overall decrease of ninety-six (96) or 22% from the previous Law Term. While
there were marked decreases in the figures for Special Procedure and Ordinary
