The data in Table 14 examine the years in which the RSC Matters determined in 2012-2013 were actually filed. Like the previous Law Term (20112012), the data show that the vast majority of matters determined three
hundred and seven (307) or 99.7%, were filed before 2006.

Judiciary Identity
As at September 16, 2005 all Civil Matters were no longer filed under the
Rules of the Supreme Court which is why the majority of RSC matters determined are filed “Before 2006”.
