This table also illustrates the marginal increases in the number of civil matters filed since the 2010-2011 Law Term. The period 2012-2013 has an increase of 0.04% over the previous Law Term 2011-2012. For the period under review there has been three (3) types of matters that have dominated matters filed, namely: Personal Action matters which accounted for 29.9% with one thousand, five hundred and sixty-three (1563), Commercial matters for 28.6% with one thousand, four hundred and ninety-six (1496) and Land matters for 16.4% with eight hundred and fifty-nine (859).
