During the 2012-2013 Law Term, there was a total of the fifteen (15) Criminal Appeals disposed, of which four (4) were allowed, six (6) dismissed and five (5) withdrawn. The total number of Criminal Appeals disposed represented a 28.6% decrease from the previous Law Term. The average number of Criminal Appeals disposed over the past six Law Terms was twenty-five (25). Of significance is the fact that withdrawn dispositions decreased by 54.5% from the previous law term which accounted for the decrease in Criminal Appeals Manner of Disposition. 76 Reshaping the Judiciary Identity
