Table 2a examines the manner in which Civil Appeals were disposed during the
2012-2013 Law Term. There was a total of two hundred and seventeen (217) Civil
Appeals disposed, of which, seventy-five (75) were allowed, seventy (70) dismissed
and seventy-two (72) withdrawn.
Table 2b indicates that there were one hundred and sixty-seven (167)
Non-Compliance Hearings disposed during the 2012-2013 Law Term of which one
hundred and thirteen (113) of 67.7% were dismissed and fifty-four (54) or 32.3% were
allowed.
The total number of Civil Appeals disposed increased by 11.2% with twenty-two (22)
more matters being disposed during the 2012-2013 law term. Overall, there were
increases in all Manner of Determination during the 2012-2013 Law Term.
Note:
The Volume of Non-Compliance matters listed has increased significantly during
the 2012-2013 Law Term.
