first time, the transcript of the Question and Answer
period which contained interesting and relevant points
made by members of the audience. The end of the year
saw preparations continuing for the publication of the
Handbook of Awards of Damages for False Imprisonment and Malicious Prosecution in Trinidad and Tobago.
The CPIU also published a number of brochures and
booklets geared to inform stakeholders about the Court
and its processes. These include About the Judiciary,
Coming to Court, Drug Treatment Court, Alternative Dispute
Resolution Pilot Project Frequently Asked Questions and The
Customer Service Pocketbook.
