The data shows that the total amount of matters disposed for the 2012-2013 Law Term, eighty-six thousand, nine hundred and eighty-six (86986) is an increase of 6.1% or five thousand and thirty-three (503) cases disposed over the previous Law Term and the second highest disposition total among the six (6) law terms identified above. disposed, Traffic which increased by 10% with two thousand, eight hundred and eighty-three(2883) matters disposed and Ejectment which increased by 19.5% or eighty-three (83) matters disposed during the period under review. The increase is particularly noticeable in Non Capital cases which increases by 14.8% with two thousand, six hundred and eighty-three (2683) additional cases The overall disposition to filing ratio was 0.66 which indicates an accumulating backlog of cases to be disposed.
