Figure 12 shows that in the Family Magistrates’ Court, using similar indicators of the time between filing and determination; there was a noticeable increase in the percentage of applications that could be determined within 24 weeks - from 64%
in 2010/11 to 91% in 2011/12. The increase persisted in 2012/13 with 89% of all determinations within 24 weeks of filing.
Overall, the Family Magistrates’ Court performance with respect to this indicator was very good in all years.
