For instance, in the year 2009/10 73% of the cases determined were determined within 24 weeks of filing. By 2010/11 the percentage of determined matters that were determined within 24 weeks remained relatively constant yet dropped slightly to 69%. However in 2011/12 the percentage of matters that were determined within 24 weeks indicated an all time high of 91%.
