The number of children accessing the Child Care facilities fluctuated over the last two years. The total number of children accessing the child care facility increased by 6% from 628 to 668 between the years 2011/12 and 2012/13. The Child Care facilities also showed an overall increase in return business within the last year (2012-13) with between 71% and 7% of customers accessing the child care facility when compared to previous years (2009/10 - 2011/12) where there was a noticeable decline. The number of youth accessing the Youth Care Facilities fluctuated over the last two years. The total number accessing the Youth Care Facility increased significantly by 57% from 559 to 711 between the years 2011/12 and 2012/13. In all the years a significant percentage of customers returned to use the Youth Care Facility more than once – between 03% and 22% of customers in each year from 2009/10 to 2012/13. 103 Reshaping the Judiciary Identity
