Pursuant to our bylaws, directors are paid an annual retainer of $4,500 for attendance at board meetings, committee meetings, or other special assignments.
Directors are also reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in connection with such meetings or assignments. The Board of Directors has adopted a
rate of $475 per day. The directors are also compensated $0.50 per mile honorarium for travel time. In recognition of the additional duties and
responsibilities, the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson received an additional annual retainer of $3,000 and $1,750, respectively. Committee chairpersons
are paid an additional annual retainer of $1,200. All retainers are paid biannually in January and July.
