The directors are also compensated $0.50 per mile honorarium for travel time. In recognition of the additional duties and responsibilities, the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson received an additional annual retainer of $3,000 and $1,750, respectively. Committee chairpersons are paid an additional annual retainer of $1,200. All retainers are paid biannually in January and July.
