Halton Homes
LoCaL Homes teamed up with Halton Housing Trust to begin
construction of sustainable, low-carbon timber-frame homes in
Runcorn, providing much needed affordable housing in the area.

Black Country Garden City - 45,000 homes
Chris Handy was part of a Black Country LEP delegation to MIPIM, and
unveiled the Black Country Garden City model. More than 500 sites have
been identified for the proposed 45,000 new homes. The Black Country
Garden City site will cover 3,700 acres across 30 towns in the area.
