CUSTOMER SERVICE
As an organization, the City of Port St. Lucie follows a set of
values that define the organization’s culture. High among those
values is staff’s commitment to providing superior customer
service to our community. Employees should strive to provide
all customers with a “wow” experience. The City’s goal is to be
recognized at the local, state and national level for delivering
outstanding and cost-effective services to all customers.
City staff is expected to be “proactive problem solvers” who
continuously strive to improve service delivery and to challenge
the status quo in a constructive manner.
