We are faced with a situation where there is simply not
enough affordable housing across the UK. To support the
Group’s ambitions and those of government, we will build
new affordable homes across Birmingham, the Black Country
and the surrounding areas. The homes we will deliver will be
architecturally designed by our in-house architects, InDesign,
manufactured at the LoCaL Homes timber frame factory
and constructed by our in-house team; this unique in-house
solution for building new homes provides a 15% reduction in
construction time compared to brick builds. LoCaL Homes
leads the sector in developing value for money, low carbon
housing solutions at the same cost of traditional homes.
