Launched in 1996, AWB’s workers’ compensation
retrospective rating program, CompWise, helps employers
reduce workers’ comp costs by providing comprehensive
services to employers such as claims management and
safety consulting.
CompWise retro groups are available for employers in the
following industries: manufacturing, retail/wholesale/service,
hospitality and facilities/property management. A fifth retro
pool was recently added to serve AWB members in the
transportation and warehousing industries.

401(k), saw solid growth in 2015. My Future eliminates
barriers and reduces the administrative burden of
offering a 401(k) to make it easy and affordable for small
