operational, as well as existing premises on a five-year cycle. Since 2013, the public had access to the most current status of premises inspection outcomes. This is intended to help inform their health-care choices. The conditions imposed on a premises that received a Pass with Conditions outcome and the reasons why a premises received a Fail outcome are also available on the public register. Of the 50 assessments performed on OHPs in 2014, the outcomes were: 20% 2% Pass: 40% 40% Pass with Conditions: 38% Fail: 2% 38% Not Yet Rated: 20% What do the grades mean? Pass: OHP has met all of the expectations outlined in the OHP Standards and will be scheduled for a reassessment within five years, earlier if additional procedures are added or a concern has been identified t
