EMPLOYMENT & CAREER SERVICES LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Students also have access to employment Leadership qualities are fostered through and career services that meet them wherever the student government, which allows they are on their journey. Students can meet students to liaise between their classmates, one-on-one with employment specialists for school administrators and the larger advising as well as attend group workshops community. Peer-elected student government on soft skills like professionalism, resume representatives host fundraising events for building and interviewing. ESSENTIAL SERVICES SUPPORT A variety of essential service supports such as community referrals to resources like childcare and affordable housing, workshops on safe and healthy living practices. Bilingual mental health counseling is also offered year round by licensed counselors. HIGHER EDUCATION/ VOCATIONAL SUPPORT Numerous resources are provided to assist students in pursuing their higher education goals including college/vocational training and career advising and assistance in completing entrance requirements. Students may also apply to the Carlos Rosario School scholarship program, which offers scholarships annually to students going on to college and vocational training classes.
