On March 22, 2013, the College registered 16 doctors to practise medicine in Ontario. A fairly typical day for our registration
department. Except on this day, after 147 years of registering
physicians to practise in Ontario, we registered Dr. #100,000,
Dr. Alaina Aguanno.
Dr. Aguanno has completed her certification in emergency
medicine and has joined the London Health Sciences Centre as
a staff physician. A native of Toronto, she graduated from the
University of Calgary’s faculty of medicine in 2010.
We welcome this bright young doctor – and all of the many
other new members – to the practise of medicine in Ontario.
