That’s why the Faculty Development Meeting is such a great event. It brings people together from 10,000 miles apart! It keeps people connected, deepens relationships and helps us grow as professionals. This organization is constantly reinventing itself. That is a source of stress, but in a good way, because it forces you to make things work. You can’t be complacent. You have to adapt and grow.” –Charles Azzaretti, DDS, Dental Anesthesiology Program Director, now in his 18th year with LMC Dental. The LMC Dental Faculty Development Conference was held at ‘The Resort at Paws Up’ in Greenough, Montana, in October 2013. At the five-day retreat, over 120 faculty members had the opportunity to take courses related directly to residency education and working with residents in a teaching capacity.
