New Health Center Partners
Welcome
LMC Dental was proud to form relationships with the
following quality community health centers. Our partnerships
will enable us to accelerate our mission to improve lives by
reaching further into communities in need.
The Palm River Community Health
Center—Florida
The Palm River Community Health Center in
Tampa, Florida—part of Suncoast Community
Health Centers, Inc -joined the LMC Dental
family in March, 2014 as a new site for the
Pediatric Dentistry program.
The LMC-affiliated health center opened
a new 7-chair pediatric dental center
in 2014 and is the first pediatric dental
residency program in Hillsborough
County, Florida.
The Family HealthCare Network
—California
LMC Dental partnered with the Family
HealthCare Network Program (FHCN) in
California to establish an AEGD dental
residency program.
The new dental residency program is
built on more than 20 years of dental
experience offered by FHCN— which has
six dental sites across multiple counties
in their California region. A seventh site
is scheduled to open in December. FHCN
is a nationally recognized organization
that operates community health centers
in Tulare and Kings Counties. Since
1976, the organization has ensured
access to quality and affordable health
care for individuals and generations of
families serving 188,413 patients in its
surrounding communities. Post-doctoral
dental residents began their first year of
advanced training at FHCN in July, 2014.
