DAY 4
Destination: Hluhluwe - Mkuze

Travelling only a short distance today we arrive at
Ghost Mountain Inn.
We will then go on a leisurely drive up the Ubombo
Mountains through some extremely attractive scenery
with views of Jozini dam experiencing rural Africa as it
is today.

DAY 5
Destination: Mkuze – Ithala Game Reserve

We depart for Ithala Game Reserve today.
The Ithala Game Reserve in northern Kwa Zulu Natal
covers 30,000 ha and is characterised by bushveld,
thornveld and rugged mountains. The Reserve
stretches from the high-lying grassland of the
Ngotshe Mountains down a thousand meters into a
deep valley carved by the Phongolo River. Some of
the oldest rock formations in the world are found
here, dating back 3 million years. Animals that may be
seen include white and black rhino, elephant, buffalo,
leopard, hyenas, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and a
variety of antelope such as impala, kudu or
waterbuck.
We experience an afternoon game drive before we
settle for the day.
