here and there also that is size but mostly they are small .
Plenty of Bronzies around in between the floating grass that is abundant right now . Some excellent sized fish ( 120kg , 143kg and a larger female with no weight ) were among the better fish caught with plenty of younger Bronzies around . Mile 72 , Mile 100 , Jakkalsputz or Mile 17 away from the weed would be amongst the best places to try . Air powered bait launchers are working well to throw big baits that bit further as are the drones .
Boats
Lots of small fish continue at Vier Kant Klip but the larger fish have all but disappeared now . Better sized fish from Mile 6 and Mile 14 but the catches are quite small . Blacktail can be found in flat , clear water , especially around the Old Pump Station at Mile 6 . Bronzies are everywhere !
