What went down at the Competition !
A nother successful Classic held last weekend with 351 anglers participating . Weather was great with temperatures reaching 36 degrees . The late afternoon rain was welcomed by all .
A 101 sponsors came on-board this year and we would like to thank them all for their support towards our event .

We managed collect just over R200k worth of prizes , cash , vouchers , handouts , etc .
Friday night ' s opening function was great and very well supported by the anglers and locals . The crowed was entertained by Monique van Driel with live music . Brutal Fruit slush puppies was the flavour of the moment for the ladies that evening . Many lucky draws were done with registration continuing till late night .
Saturday morning skippers briefing was well attended . Prize giving on Sunday morning went off well with a nice fully packed tent . Breakfast rolls with coffee was welcomed by all sponsored by Colchester Spar .
