grass line and raft as key points while travelling between deep and shallow water . They picked up all their fish under this raft with a texas rigged Zoom Speed Craw .
The biggest bass for the day was weighed in by Ben Gottschalk of Team Venom Lures . Ben got bit on his Green pumpkin purple weightless Zoom fluke and landed a fish of 2.215kg , the only fish over 2kg ’ s to be weighed in for the day .
The second biggest bass of 1.725kg was weighed in by Team Passion 4 Bass .
Currently Team Venom Lures are topping the 2017 log with a total of 25.405 points . A massive lead of 4.365 points over second placed Midas Sport with 21.04 points . From here on down the points are stacked very tightly which means that changes to the log is sure to happen with the next event .
The LBT will be heading towards Hazyview in April for round 3 of the season which will be held at Inyaka dam on 8 April .
