et ready to experience beast mode
at Donaldson Dam when you present
a Tornado boilie as your hook bait, for
almost four months we conditioned the Carp
on this high protein boilie, loaded with ten
much needed amino acids for their metabolism
and digestive system, it is simply irresistible for
monster Carp, presently the Carp have a
craving for it and the tempo and size of Carp is
up, therefore we are motivated to keep this
Carp on a super balanced bait in the near
future.
To close off the Carp ‘O Holics and
Specimen Style Winter Challenge that
runs over a period of three months and
ending on the 31
August,

we judge it with a week session on Donaldson
Dam with a couple of guest anglers , some
results are unheard off - Joe Puren from Durban
caught a 15kg, 15,2kg and a 16,2 kg monster
Carp in one night, Chris Pienaar caught in a one
night session a 13,8kg and a 14,8kg and Deon
Kloppers managed a 14,8kg ,15,0kg and a 16kg
for the weekend session. Nonetheless I, with a
monster Carp of 15,8kg to show knew that the
breakthrough for a 40 pounder was looming.
After 40kg Tornado boilies and a high level of
intense monster Carp hunting over six nights,
the alarm called me in on the last night for the
experience of a lifetime, the beast wasted
no time to hang me up in the weed beds
on the opposite bank , Jakkie
