REPORT Namibia Fishing Report By: Sea Ace Adventures and Commercial Marine in Swakopmund Galjoen are plentiful over the rougher marks, especially in a moving sea. The cleaner areas such as Bennie se Rooi Lorrie and Canopy also have good catches recently. Some big Steenbras from both Canopy and Mile 72. A fish of 14kg was reported from Canopy. Spotted Gully Sharks are abundant over the reefs with some excellent sized sharks showing. Bronze Whalers have been around the whole winter in good numbers and this continues on. Long Beach, especially at night, is proving to be very popular. NAMIBIA Shore Kabeljou still scarce in big numbers although the odd better fish showing on the Northern marks. Try Winston at low tide or Skeinsrif for that odd bigger Kabeljou. Smaller fish can be found around Mile 32, 26 and to the north of Mile 14. Plenty of Shad showing up Angling Times Weekly SA around the Mile 8 area too. 20 www.anglingtimes.co.za
