Fil-Am's solutions to crime Mapua calling THE Mapua Alumni Association of Australia is celebrating its 10th anniversary on Saturday, November 24, 2018. By MARILIE BOMEDIANO FILIPINO-American columnist and author Jorge ‘Jerry’ Perez de Tagle paid a six- day to Sydney last month on a speaking engagement to advocate “sustainable solutions to crime, drugs and corruption”. Mr de Tagle, a life coach and human rights activist and national chairman of The Way To Happiness Philippines Foundation, spoke to an audience of more than 1,000 at Advanced Organisation & Saint Hill ANZO auditorium in Chatswood on perspectives and ideological views on life. He has spent the last several years working with the Philippines’ national police, the Department Defense, local governments, churches, and community organisations to tackle the problems of crime, drugs, and corruption.
