THE Filipino community’s $1.1 million multipurpose centre at 50
Forge Street, Blacktown, under the trust and management of the
Philippine Australian Community Foundation Inc (PACF) has been
unused for more than a year since its purchase in 2016.

In the meantime, while the PAFC awaits
Blacktown Council decision on the Trust’s
second ‘Development Application’ (DA),
the centre’s capital of $1,489,126 million
has diminished by $8,400 to $1,840,931
between June 2016 and June 2017.
