Azarraga and LGOO VI Jean M. Quistadio of DILG Region VI during the 2017 SGLG National Validation on August 24, 2017 at the Session Hall of the Legislative Building in Trece Martires City. SGLG is a progressive assessment system adopted by the Department of Interior and Local Government to evaluate local governments’ performance on several areas anchored on integrity and good performance through continuing governance reform and sustained local development. LGUs are assessed on several core areas covering Peace and Order, Financial Administration, Disaster Preparedness, and Social Protection.
