Irrigation has been receiving a major thrust since
the Chandrababu Naidu Government took over in
2014. It has been the focus to drought-proof not
only Rayalaseema districts but also the relatively
underdeveloped districts of Prakasam, Srikakulam
and Vizianagaram.
