YEAR-ROUND OPPORTUNITIES
FALL & SPRING ARTISTS’ RESIDENCY PROGRAM
The Anderson Ranch Artists’ Residenciy program is designed to foster creative, intellectual and personal growth for emerging and
established visual artists. Finalists are chosen on the basis of artistic merit by an independent jury of established working artists. Those
chosen live and work at Anderson Ranch for a ten-week residency period. Residencies are offered to 28 artists in two terms each year:
spring and fall. Online application deadline is February 15, 2014.

JANUARY STUDIO CONCENTRATION
Anderson Ranch’s three-week Studio Concentration is designed for artists wishing to immerse themselves in the studio practice of
their choice, while working alongside established faculty in an environment free of outside distractions. Guest faculty have student
contact on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, allowing for solo studio practice for students on Tuesdays and Thursdays. With 24-hour
access to personal studio space, the Studio Concentrations are ideal for fostering experimentation and implementing ideas and conceptual

fully-equipped and managed studios that give you the best possible
Ranch experience; scholarships for artists with greatest financial need;
28 Residencies for emerging and established artists; 16 Visiting Artist
projects; over 40 Artist Talks; an active Gallery Exhibition schedule; and
outreach programs that invite the community into the life of the Ranch.
