Please plan accordingly. _____ SCHOLARSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your workshop and/or housing and we are given the required 30 days’ notice, we will refund your deposits less the $55 registration fee, $100 cancellation fee (per workshop) and the $50 housing cancellation fee (per week of housing reserved). If you cancel within 30 days of the start of your workshop, no refund will be issued, i.e., you will forfeit your $300 deposit and any additional monies paid. If we cancel a workshop, you will have the option of either a full refund or transferring to another workshop, space permitting. SCHOLARSHIP DEPOSIT: If you are awarded a scholarship, you will be asked to submit a $300 deposit to accept it and reserve your space. The deposit can be applied to your balance when due (60 days prior to the start of your workshop) or any unused portion will be refunded upon completion of your workshop. ____ SCHOLARSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY: Scholarships are non-transferable. If your child needs to cancel a workshop and we are given the required 30 days’ notice, we will refund your deposit less the $30 registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the start of the workshop. SCHOLARSHIP DEPOSIT: The balance of tuition, studio fee and registration fee is due in full upon acceptance of the scholarship.
