Concept:  Landscape is the basis of a deep
human relationship with place: that’s the
premise of this inspiring workshop. Beauty
and wonder reside in our day-to-day spaces as
well as in more dramatic landscapes, and students discover and photograph both. Through
images and writings, we explore the ways we
form the landscape as the land forms us. The
aim of the workshop is to help participants capture subtleties of the environment that reflect
the artist’s unique interpretation of the place,
while keeping an eye toward its universality.
