Greetings!

If you are browsing this catalog, you are contemplating new adventures for yourself. At Anderson
Ranch, we will help you access the magic within your life, as well as provide the opportunity for you to
learn new skills and techniques and access new ideas.
Your experience at Anderson Ranch is about both education and inspiration. In education, we offer
workshops and opportunities for art making with some of the finest workshop teachers in the world.
It’s not enough to be a great artist in order to teach at Anderson Ranch. Our faculty members must be
great educators, as well.
For inspiration, as a student here, you will enjoy guest faculty lectures on Sunday and Tuesday
evenings, Featured Artist Series speakers on selected dates and other free programs and presentations
guaranteed to sharpen your awareness and stimulate your mind and your creativity. We bring top
contemporary artists to the Ranch each summer to share their inspirations, works and ideas with you!
Often, students tell me that they came to the Ranch for a specific workshop, but that they are leaving
with far more. We call it the “Anderson Ranch experience.” It may include new friends, new ideas,
new techniques and most importantly, new insights into yourself.
When I say, “We’ll help you lead a fuller, richer life!” I mean it. You can personalize your Ranch
experience in many different ways, but you cannot obtain it anywhere else. That’s why so many of
our students return every summer. Why not make your summer an Anderson Ranch experience and
sample all that we have to offer?
