“I was living in paradise: get up, get
coffee, go to studio, lunch, studio, dinner,
studio, sleep. That’s all I had to do.
Of course there was more, like getting to
know a great group of artists (both those
in residence and the staff), meeting with
guest critics and artists, and experiencing
the Snowmass Village, Colorado area.
But the time to do what I love most, without
interruption, was simply, paradise.”
