She hands Jihoon another handful of chocolates before turns her attention to Wonwoo.
There’s a shift in her gaze, more softer now that she stares straight at the son of Hades’ eyes.
“Here, dream a little bit more,” she says as she drops a lot of pomegranate candies into
Wonwoo’s open palms.
It leaves him stunned. A longing feeling suddenly catches him, making its way straight to
Wonwoo’s heart in the count of seconds. Jihoon nudges him on the hip and he snaps back to
reality, smiling politely at the lady, “Thank you, Ma’am. This will be my favorite for tonight.”
She smiles back at them, “Be careful of the night, okay?”

Wonwoo notices the lady doesn’t seem unfazed with Jihoon’s ambiguous answer. Instead, she
ushers the three of them to knock on more houses. He is busy connecting the missing dots
inside his head when Soonyoung stops abruptly.
He tugs on their linked hands, “Soonyoung?”
