The trickle down effect caused a job
crunch making it harder for younger
generations adding fuel to a worsening
economy. What’s referred to as the
winter season, like in the 1930’s, was
only seen once in a lifetime. We have
yet to experience that. Unemployment
is at it’s highest as is business failure,
so this is the best time to be an entreprenuer to grow. You pick a niche
where the demographics are strong
and you can’t fail.
The 1% of any industry controls about
90% of the income. It’s no different in
the home based business niche such as
Network Marketing.
I
n 2008 when the economy declined the amount
of people that decided to enter the Network
Marketing industry grew by leaps and bounds.
People were less secure about their jobs and no
longer trusted the systems they grew up with. Also
gone were the days of working for an employer most
of your life and into retirement. As a matter of fact,
the U.S. Department of Labor estimates that todays
workforce will change jobs 14 times by the age of 38.
The baby boomers (people born from 1946 to 1964)
who controlled the world economy had a high
percentage of them displaced as well.
There are approximately 170 billion
dollars in sales in the Network Marketing niche. If you take an average of
40% of that being paid out to distributors, that is a staggering 74 billion a
year or 200 million dollars a day paid
out to distributors. Some people think
that only the people at the top make all
this money which is not true. There’s
approximately 500 people in the world
that make over 1 million dollars per
year. The rest of the money is paid out
to everyone else. So the top people
combined are making approximately
1 billion per year. That leaves over 73
billion to share amoung the rest of the
people.

How you might say? By re-evaluating,
refocusing and executing a very direct
plan of attack to provide an income for
the family.
Elias Tamez along with his wife Erika
are parents to 3 yr old son Benjamin
and 1 yr old daughter Giselle.
They are a father and son team that
has done Network Marketing for 30
years, which was started by father Eloy
Tamez. They started in a company
where the products were calling cards
and at that time Eloy was making tens
of thousands a month. He then
established traditional brick and
mortar businesses and was successful
for years. When the US economy
collapsed in the late 2000’s the
traditional form of doing business
went down also. Eloy Tamez had
millions of dollars in debt as a result he
decided it was time to go back to what
put food on the table for his family. It
all came to him orignally when he was
praying for a way to save his family
from poverty. Network Marketing was
the only way to reach financial liberty
once again.
At this time Elias Tamez was going to

Long gone are the days of inviting
friends over to a BBQ then blindsiding
them by bringing out a chalk board
and drawing little circles. The industry
has evolved and is growing just like
their pay plans... exponentially!
One of the fastest growing segments
within this industry is the Latino
Network Marketer. They are also rising
stars with all the major players in legacy
companies like Avon, Herbalife and
the up and coming eCommerce giant
Zhunrize that are focusing resources
with Latinos across the world.
