Rain begins to fall as I dig into flights of the brewery’s flagship beers: a crisp Bikini Blonde lager, the hoppy Big Swell, Pineapple Mana wheat beer and Coconut Hiwa porter. In true Maui form, the clouds give way to blue skies by the time we’re on the road again.
