Icing:
4 cups icing sugar
2 / 3 cup softened butter
/ 4 cup milk

peppermint extract, to taste

Bake at 350 F for 18 minutes or
until a toothpick inserted into
dough comes out clean.
For icing:
Beat butter and sugar together
in electric mixer with the paddle
attachment on medium speed
until well mixed.
Switch to slow speed and
gradually add milk and extract.
