obsolete paradigms, Edu1st has sought out, integrated, designed and implemented a variety of tools
that have proven to be effective and enabled educators to optimize their job. In this manner, we are
forming from infancy, world citizens with an ethical mind that are able to live a VESS life. These
tools generate an impact in teachers, helping them in their own learning process, encouraging a
thinking language that enriches the environment where children grow up, and promoting a cultural
change that involves boys and girls, teachers, parents and the entire community in the creation of
cultures of thinking.
Based on the integration of multiple approaches and methodologies that work with thinking in our
world today, the Edu1st. VESS curriculum integrates certain philosophical pillars, objectives, basic
necessary conditions (previously stated), habits of mind, developmental dimensions and dispositions
of mind in order to construct a new educational model that responds to the needs of early childhood in
the modern world and to a global society that faces a plethora of change, as well as social and
environmental challenges.
