L3.4 Integrating technology into the classroom
The training will help teachers to learn new technologies, its secrets and the integration in the
classroom. As any other teaching tool, technology can facilitate teaching and learning.
Participants will learn to use tools such as digital cameras, iPADS, Smart phones, and computers
effectively in the classroom setting.

L3.5 Balance, purpose and wisdom
Teachers as architects of the context must foster and nurture the construction of a life of balance,
purpose and wisdom. In this course, participants will learn different perspectives and the
fundamentals of living a life of balance, purpose and wisdom and how to infuse that learning
throughout the day in the classroom settings.

L4.1 Supervision, assessment and evaluation for leaders
Participants will learn and understand the differences between supervision, assessment and
evaluation, its elements and the implementation strategies in the school and the classroom.
Leaders will also learn different approaches for inducing professional development and to assist
teachers and students to take ownership of their own progress.
