Life training
Life training includes On-Site training and scheduled training events (Regional and at
Edu1st site). The On-Site training means that Edu1st will send trainers and coaches to the
interested school implementing the VESS curriculum.
Scheduled training events are training events that have been programed and posted in the Edu1st
calendar of events.

E-Learning training
Edu1st has created a technological learning platform to make easier the E-learning by
facilitating the use of internet-based training, online education and digital educational
collaboration among Edu1st and collaborative schools around the world.
The Edu1st E-Learning platform makes training more accessible because it facilitates the
acceleration of personalized learning, provides on-demand access to content from multiple
mobile technological devices, respects individuals’ paces and timing and reduces costs for the
school and the learner.
The E-Learning platform won’t only facilitate the training, but also after every training
session, the participant will complete an evaluation session to assess the learning and the
understanding of the concepts studied.

• The professional development integrates 4 levels:
Level 1, The foundation (mandatory)
Level 2, The essentials (mandatory)
Level 3, Transcending teaching and learning (mandatory)
Level 4, The VESS leadership (optional)
