L4.2 Coaching 21st century teachers by using 21st strategies
Leaders need a broad knowledge on strategies that can facilitate personal and professional
development. Coaching is one of the most powerful and effective resource of the leader. During
the training participants will gain a working understanding of each element in different coaching
models and how they can be apply in each situation of the school setting.
L4.3 Organizational Strategic Planning
The training will provide participants with a clear definition of “Organizational Strategic
Planning”, its elements and navigation on a proposed framework for identifying, communicating,
deploying, managing, and measuring strategic goals throughout an organization.
L4.4 Conflict resolution for school leaders
Relationships at every level, stage and age bring conflicts. Leaders need to learn how to
recognize and manage conflict. The training provides participants with knowledge on different
strategies for conflict resolution processes; mediation, negotiation, arbitration, and facilitation as
well as communication management and improvement.
L4.5 Leading effective and efficient meetings
One of the most common challenges for every leader is to conduct effective and productive
meetings. By learning strategies to plan, focus, manage, close and evaluate meetings, participants
will learn to make meetings more productive and engaging.
