OBSERVED CONDUCT, HABITS AND MANNERS:

1. The following, with help from home:
- Attends school regularly
- Arrives on time to “Circle Time”.
- Wears proper attire/uniform on a daily basis
- Demonstrates good hygiene/appearance
2. Informs or notifies he/she needs to use the restroom
3. Gradually demonstrates increase of independence, requiring
little of no help from adult.
4. Self-help skills are beginning to develop, under adult
supervision
5. Demonstrates proper table manners/etiquette during snack and
lunch time.
6.Cooperates and helps during “Clean Up” time
7.Helps keep classroom in order, returns objects/items
8. Is careful and mindful of classroom materials. Materials
include, but are not limited to: crayons, toys, puzzles, games and
classroom decorations.
9. Is able to recognize personal items, such as: lunch box,
backpack, sweater, and artwork.
10. Is able to used center appropriately in the classroom.
11. Stars differentiating between wants and needs.
