Child outcome Report card
Dear Parents:
This report card is a design to share with you all the concepts, behaviors and skills
your child has been working on during the past few months. It reflects your child’s progress
and accomplishments observed in school.
This report is also a tool to assist us in the progress of your child and to act as a
guide towards the design of teaching strategies for each student.
Children at Education first Inc. are actively involved in an individualized program
of learning and learn at their own rate. The introduction and repetition of all skills and areas
of learning will be presented when it is developmentally appropriate and the child is ready.
Please feel free to discuss with your child’s teacher any further question or comment
regarding your child’s development.

Evaluation Key:
M (Mastered Skill) = Skill is observed on a consistent basis.
E (Emerging Skill) = Skill demonstrated in part or only on some occasions. Not consistent.
U (Unseen Skill) = Skill not demonstrated yet.
NE (Not Evaluated) = Skill not evaluated during this period.
