You can invent your classroom´s flag, you can compare it with other flags, and you can make colored flags with different symbols for the children to follow. For example, a red flag could mean “Stop” At this age it is important to permanently model the language, the actions and our mental processes. Suggested activities to develop with children 2 to 2 years old. • Let´s travel through Ecuador You talk to the children a few days ahead of time about the trip that we have planned. You ask them to bring small back pack with the things they need to travel, provoking them and creating that emotion that we feel with the idea of a trip. We show them photos of famous places and typical animals, etc. During the days for preparation, you start reminding them about the trip and the things that we want to see. Over a rug, place chairs simulating the inside of a plane. From the windows of the plane we can observe (imagination or documentation) places or things from the country we want to visit. When we get to the country we are going to try the typical foods (cooking project with typical ingredients). It is very enriching to involve the parents in these activities
